FARA HELP 1. What is a TCN (previously PCN) number and where can it be found? The TCN (previously PCN) is the transaction control number and is found on the fingerprint receipt. For archived fingerprints, the TCN (previously PCN) can be found on the completed MorphoTrust spreadsheet under the new TCN (previously PCN) column. 2. Where is the contributor case number found? The contributor's case number is found in box 7 on the IdentoGo/MorphoTrust fingerprint form. 3. Where can the date fingerprinted be found? The date fingerprinted can be found on the receipt. For archived fingerprints, the date can be found on the completed MorphoTrust spreadsheet under the process time column. 4. I can’t find the receipt, what should I do? Information on the receipt is needed in order to access the FARA application. Missing receipts will significantly delay the processing of the fingerprint approval. A Fingerprint Result Request Form would need to be submitted. This request form can be found under Related Links on the welcome page. 5. What if I see an error message that reads unable to process the request? This message can mean that not enough time has been allowed between the fingerprint date and your retrieval attempt. Please allow up to 10 business days for availability of results.
